V-TIP.COM is a wholly owned subsidiary of NY2LA Web Design, LLC, which was founded in Los Angeles, CA in April 2007 by New Yorker Eric Darnley Small. The company was subsequently renamed VTIP Entertainment, LLC in 2008.

V-TIP.COM was created in order to transform the social networking/video sharing experience and take it to the next level. Using the V-TIP concept, members are able to profit from posting their videos, pictures, and songs online in a convenient, safe and secure environment.
